SKN-RG ships worldwide, but due to Brexit tariffs we are not shipping to Europe. However, if you contact us we will do our best to help you! Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer FREE delivery in the UK on all orders over £40.00. You would expect to receive your order within 48 hours if your order was placed before 10 am.
The vast majority of our deliveries within the UK are provided by our trusted courier rapid dispatch. Please note our courier bags are made from recycled plastic and the noodles inside are compostable being made from corn starch and sticky dots are made from cellulose which is compostable. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you’ve placed an order and your order is despatched, we will send you a confirmation email. If a gremlin has intercepted your email or you have not received it then please contact our Customer Service Department on +44 (0) 1621 736382 who will issue you with a tracking number.
RETURNS EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased you have the right to return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange for another product. The product must be unopened and in the original condition, they were received. Products purchased in store can only be returned in accordance with their returns and refund policy. HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER
You have the statutory right to cancel your order, but no later than 14 working days after the day after you receive the product. Please be aware that orders are processed on the same day, as soon as payment is made. WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M OUT WHEN YOU DELIVER?
Our courier will leave a card with options for redelivery. They may also try a next door neighbour to see if they will accept the parcel on your behalf. If you have not received the card or parcel within 3 days please contact our Customer Services Department who will investigate this for you. Customer Services Department Email: email@example.com
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS
If you would like to send an order to a different address please enter this at checkout.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Our Customer Service Department would be delighted to help you and can issue you with a tracking number and inform you of when your order was dispatched. You can then track your order by inputting the tracking code into the courier tracking site.
MY DELIVERY HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED
Our Customer Service Department will be able to arrange a collection for your damaged goods at your earliest convenience and replacement or refund depending on the most suitable course of action, our Customer Service Department will work through this with you. Alternatively you may prefer to return the goods at your own cost, please email our Customer Services Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that the matter is dealt with promptly and to provide you with a Returned Goods Number.
